The Repurchases

repurchases

First up on the agenda when my beauty splurge started was the repurchases. Products I’ve loved so much I’ve used up and needed back in my life again. From Duty Free I snapped up the Clarins Water Purify One-Step Cleanser with Mint Essential in their Oily/Combination version. My go to cleanser of choice in the mornings I’ve been using this religiously for years and am now on my sixth or seven bottle. Quick and easy to use this helps to freshen up my skin yet doesn’t leave it feeling stripped or dry. Also from Duty Free I picked up the REN No 1 Purity Cleansing Balm. Previously in pot form I remember loving this cleanser back when I first tried it a year or so ago. Needing to pick up a new balm cleanser I figured I would give this a whirl to see if the love remained. I quite like the fact it now comes in a tube as it’s more sanitary but it doesn’t feel like the same cleanser I once loved. There is a grit to the texture of the balm so I am on the fence as to whether this gets a thumbs up from me.

Not satisfied with picking up two cleaners I added a third into the mix. In comes the Clinique Take The Day Off Balm that is so blooming popular I’ve only ever been able to snap one up when I’ve been abroad. Perfect for those with sensitive skin, this will be a staple in calming down my agitated skin that is currently experiencing one of the worst hormonal breakouts to date. In a bid to give my skin some extra TLC whilst counteracting the angry blemishes, I got another bottle of the Origins Super Spot Remover. A holy grail treatment when I have problematic skin this addition was a no brainer. The last two products are the Origins Clear Improvement Mask and the Drink Up Intensive Mask. Again, holy grail items that myself and my skin can not be without. Used in conduction with the Out of Trouble Mask this gives you a triple threat facial that will have any spot running for the hills.

The rest of the week I will be sharing with you all the beauty bits I picked up whilst I was away, I warn you – there is a lot! Let haul week commence!
