Benefit Get’s Christmassy!

Benefit Away We Glow Gift Set – £29.50*
Benefit Sexy Little Stowaways Gift Set – £25.00*
Benefit Leelee’s Beauty Secrets – £35.10*

As I’m sure you have noticed I haven’t popped up any Christmas gift guides on my blog. I find gift guides a bit hard to put together and I’ve been a bit uninspired in the gift department this Christmas. That being said, Benefit have come along and pretty much dazzled my brain with beauty, glitter and all things Christmassy! Benefit are a brand I loved about 5 years ago when I was first getting into high end makeup however as I have grown up I have seemed to outgrow their bold and cartoonish brand. However, when it comes to Christmas Benefit know exactly what they are doing and they have some brilliant gift sets that even I (in my older and cynical ways!) have put at the top of my Christmas list! These gift sets give you some real bargains and they make utterly gorgeous gifts that would make any girl happy come Christmas morning.

First up is the Sexy Little Stowaways Gift Set full of your Benefit favourites in mini size! Perfect for the girl that is on the go or someone who hasn’t tried Benefit before as you can try out 10 of the brands best selling products all in one set. Porefessional is a brilliant primer that helps to fill in all those pesky pores and leaves you will a smooth and even complexion ready for makeup. Hoola is a fairly matte bronzer that is perfect for contouring and Bella Bamba is a fairly new addition to Benefit’s boxed blushers and is a pinky number with gold undertones. Bad Gal Lash was my favourite higher brand mascara for many many years and I always keep a mini with me when I’m out and about. To complete your look there is Stay Don’t Stray to prime your lids, Ooh La Lift to brighten your eyes, Cha Cha Tint for a different blush option and Sun Beam for a sun kissed glow. Perfect for any makeup lover!

Next up is Away We Glow which is a self contained gift set with a few minis and some shadows built in. These sets are brilliant for those that are just getting into eye makeup or aren’t sure how to apply and blend different colours as this set comes with 5 colours and a handy guide of where to apply each one. There is a double ended brush too and my fav Bad Gal Lash mascara to finish off any smokey eye look. What’s great about this set is that it contains Coralista which has been on my wish list for far too long! A lovely shade of peachy coral that would suit a wide range of skin tones and is a must have for anyone. You also get a fairly decent amount of this blush too which is brilliant! To finish the set off there is High Beam to highlight and Sun Beam to add a glow to your skin, then a soft pinky gloss to pop onto your lips!

Finally is Leelee’s Beauty Secrets a jam packed goody with 2 full sized products inside. There is a mini perfume sample of Laugh With Me Leelee and the favourite Porefessional and then a full sized That Gal primer and worldwide favourite They’re Real mascara. This set is great if you wanted to step away from the minis but wanted to add something extra to picking up two products. That Gal primer is a great primer to enhance and brighten your complexion especially in these dull Winter months. That alone costs £21.50 and the They’re Real Mascara which stands at £18.50 means you are already saving almost £5 and that is without the added minis too! For some reason I’ve put off buying the They’re Real mascara as sometimes I just want to go against the hype! But more fool me as this is a really brilliant mascara that adds length and volume to your lashes.

So there you have it – a full to the brim beauty favourites of Benefit goodies that can be purchased for Christmas, for a birthday or even if you just want to treat yourself! I have to give it to Benefit, they do some amazing gift sets and you are able to grab yourself a bargain alongside some pretty darn great beauty bits. Now to keep your fingers crossed and hope that Father Christmas know’s where his nearest Benefit is!
