Cult Beauty Hauling

cult beauty new bits

I promise I’m not here to start the week of by making all those who didn’t get the incredible goody bag from Cult Beauty featuring their roundup of products with the title ‘best of 2015’ jealous. Oh no! Brownies honour ;) Yes the bag was good however I’m not here to talk about what has been and gone, I’m here to talk about those bits I picked up in order to qualify for one of those bags aka the products that are still available and I highly recommend you picking up.

I like to call this the ‘actualisation of the wish list’ haul. Finally I’ve picked up all those items that have been floating around my iPhone’s wishlist for months upon months however I’ve never been able to fully justify picking them up. Starting with a glow getter, the RMS Living Luminizer. I’m not talking shimmer or disco lights here, I’m talking that subtle sheen of radiance that lifts any complexion once applied. Containing coconut oil, when applied with your fingers or a brush this will give you that illusive dewy glow without the glitter.

On a whim I added the Becca Beach Tint Shimmer Souffle to my basket in the shade Watermelon Moonstone. Firstly, the scent. Rich coconut goodness from the first whiff, if the colour isn’t enough to make you want to pop this onto the apples of your cheeks, the scent will! A whipped like texture this Becca blush combines the characteristics of a powder, stain, highlight & cream all in one. I’m still working out the best way to apply it however one thing is for sure, I’m obsessed with the right peachy gold colour.

Oh yes I got the Tata Harper Tata’s Daily Essentials Kit. It was only a matter of time to be honest after hearing rave after rave about this skincare line, I simply had to see what all the fuss was about! Yet to put anything to the test I’m expecting good things from this 7 piece kit. Also. Massive packaging points from me! Last but my no means least I snapped up a Morphe Pro Firm Blending Crease Brush. Blame Jaclyn Hill as let’s be honest, give it a couple of months and I can imagine all my brushes will be replaced with her raved after Morphe faves ;)

What are you favourite products from Cult Beauty at the moment? Did you splurge for the GWP? Also. Cheers winter lighting for always making my pictures look as cold as ice. Insert unimpressed emoji right…here ;)

  • Ooh lucky girl! I’ve never tried those Becca blushes but I’ve never come across something from them that I haven’t loved so maybe on my next Sephora splurge I’ll try it out :)

The shade of the Shimmer Souffle is so beautiful! Looking forward to seeing it used in some future makeup looks (:

  • I skipped on the goody bag this time because I got the Autumn One and wasn’t ready to spend so much again! My Cult Beauty faves right now are MV Orgaincs Rose Plus Booster and the Rose soothing moisturiser. Also Tata Harper’s Resurfacing Mask is a new addiction. Its SO good!

  • Oooh the Tata Harper set looks so interesting, I’m turning into such a skincare hoarder lately. I used my Becca Beach Tint (the Opal one) everyday of my holiday and it literally stayed put all day, I used my fingers to apply it, as I found the pot too small for a brush and it just smeared it around my face :)

  • I am dying to try Tata Harper as well! The discover set is definitely a good way to see what you’d like since the products are quite pricey! Ahhh I need to try Morphe brushes! Jacklyn Hill has the best suggestions!
