With the glorious sunshine beaming up above, all I want to do is pop on a bright lip, head to the park with my friends and frolic around in this warm Spring day. Something about adding a slick of colour onto your lips that matches the weather outside puts a spring (couldn’t resist!) in my step and get’s me excited for the day ahead. These lip options do just that and I may have debated on more than one occasion whether it would be acceptable to wear them all at once ;)
Smashbox Be Legendary Lip Gloss* in the shade Pout:- is worn almost daily at the moment. More of a lighter shade of pink this gives a gorgeous gloss of colour that doesn’t feel sticky and it can be worn alone or paired with a lipstick of your choice.
Maybelline Colour Sensational Shine Gloss in 105 Cashmere Rose:- if you are looking for a gloss that you can throw in your handbag and not have to worry about when you apply it, this is the one for you. More sheer in pigmentation this gives a hint of colour to the lips that again, doesn’t end up attracting your hair to it to get stuck there for the rest of the day.
Trish McEvoy Flawless Lip Colour Chic* from the Azure Planner:- this is a twist up pen formula that dispenses a shiny pink gloss with a subtle hint of sparkle. Nothing glitter bomb here but just enough to catch the sunlight and flatter your lips. The formula is slightly thicker then your average gloss meaning the staying power you get with this is evening longer.
Tarte Amazonian Butter Lipstick* in Golden Pink:- this has become my lipstick of choice in the warmer weather. The buttery texture of these Tarte lipsticks impart a creamy yet moisturising layer of colour to your lips that shines throughout the day. The shade Golden Pink is a light warm pinky offering that complements all makeup looks and lip hues.
